The Summer Hill Estates Development Company is comprised of three life long local residents who have been friends and involved in the construction business all their lives. The three partners decided to merge their experience and knowledge to develop Belchertown's largest and most unique over 55 condominium community.

The three partners have over seventy-five years of building experience. Michael Henry has been building homes and developing land for over twenty-five years. William Peeso is the owner of a local excavation company and has been developing land and working on site development for over thirty years. Neil Jackson has been building homes and developing land for over twenty years. The three partners have been involved in four local subdivisions, a local condominium project and hundreds of single family homes.
